In addition to all game sheets from each tournament, the Coach must attach a completed Tournament Results Form. These items must be placed in the Forest City mailbox at any arena for collection by the FCHL Commissioner (not faxed to the Alliance office as indicated on the form). As per rule #13 in the Forest City Handbook, you have 48 hours after the tournament to submit this information. Any infraction of this rule will result in the Coach receiving a 2-game suspension.
