1.     What are the changes taking place in the Forest City Hockey League and the Jr. Knights?

The reorganization of the Tier 1 Division of the Forest City Hockey League (FCHL) will have these teams moving to the Alliance seeded league where they will play a complete schedule in that league, including playoffs. This is a one year pilot project which has been approved by the Jr. Knights and the Greater London Hockey

Hockey Canada has developed minor hockey certification clinics in order to train and develop volunteers to be effective coaches, trainers and hockey parents.  The participants will be better equipped to develop players to the highest level they are capable of achieving in a fun, safe and team-oriented atmosphere.  The clinics are facilitated by Hockey Canada certified trainers who have a background related to the clinic in order to enhance the presentation.  The Greater

The Hockey Development Centre for Ontario(HDCO) has announced that the HTCP Injury Data Collection Program (IDCP) will be available as an online web based reporting system starting in the 2009-2010 season.

The online application has been developed to simplify the process of reporting injuries and thus eliminating paper forms and mailing/fax costs.
